* I haven't figured it out- the little while specks in the photos of the Tribute In Lights *
the little white specks aren't in other images / only in the ones involving the lights
& if you were there @ the lights in person- you'd notice the specks flying through the lights themselves
*may sound odd- but I considered the specks to be 9/11's spirits*
